Key Responsibilities, current:

  • Develop a multichannel recruiting strategy
  • Organize and manage an ATS
  • Drive metrics including quality, quantity, and conversion rate
  • Establish brand recognition, highlighting our differentiation (our model has clear advantages compared to the industry)

Opportunity for the right candidate

 Manage Talent Acquisition Team

  • Help to integrate recruitment into a HR management system – Optimizing the convergence of skills and training and how that is allocated to client need
  • Help grow and scale the business throughout Chicagoland and beyond


  • Transactional Recruiting, 3 years+ (Required)
  • Healthcare Recruiting Preferred
  • Microsoft Office, 5 years+ (Required)
  • Experience and demonstrated use of multichannel recruiting and CRM software, 3 years (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written (including ability to write for the internet), oral, conversational, and telephone
  • Self-Starter – Ability to proactively see a need and take necessary action to find a solution
  • Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness
  • Team player – ability to step into other roles
  • IT proficiency including quick adoption of new software applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

We are looking for Care Professionals with the following qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT) and Direct Support Professional (DSP), along with other certifications preferred.

Experience with the following specific health conditions.

  • Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders
  • Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of Dementia
  • Stroke Recovery and Rehabilitation
  • Chronic Conditions including Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD)
  • Other Physical and Cognitive Conditions including MS and ALS, Cancer Treatment and Recovery, Traumatic Brain Injury, Advanced Mobility Assistance and Fall Prevention, Depression and other forms of Anxiety
