Nurse Oversight
At Broad Street, our Nurse Supervisors provide clinical assessments before services begin, to fully understand your needs and design a care support plan to accomplish the goals you agree upon.
Once the Care Professional is selected, your Nurse Supervisor provides them with client specific training to address your unique needs.
Equally as important, the Nurse Supervisor provides ongoing oversight of the Care Professional and the care services they are providing in your home.
As your needs change and evolve, adjustments are made to your plan of care to assure that services are proactively managed.
